No this is the Silly Silly Commuter Racing Commuter Racing Thread. Get my mis-spelt thread. (Pendants !!!!!)

It's about Silly stuff racing.

All I can say, my ex. club mate was rather 'efficient' in his replies' - I was the one making a chat. Given the amount of time we (me and him and the others) had spent together in our racing years, I'd have thought I'd have got more from him. The club was very closely knit - good banter etc. I suppose it's always a bit awkward - he dropped out of riding before the club eventually folded.


PS from my first post, you can see I'm not claiming a scalp - it's about bumping into folk you've spent a long time riding with and lost contact through life.

I've only once passed a cyclist while running - we were on the canal towpath, and she was being very cautions - rather nervous, I thought. (I passed her other half as well, but only because he'd stopped to wait for her, so that doesn't count.)
