Tart
Tarte
and Torte?

2 = open top pie with jam in
3 = open top pie with chocolate in

Isn't Torte a speciaility for the Legal Beagles?

They even have strict rules on how you eat them - the Law of Torte

One is cheap and dead common, the other thinks it is a bit special and costs more, whilst the third is for special clients only.
