Since the "being single" thread got hijacked by people who aren't single (yes yes, I know it didn't specify singles-only), this thread is only for single people to, as it was put by one "relationee"/"compromise artist", sit in our rut and justify being single.

I don't think I'm cut out for a relationship. They involve things like "Let's have nice night in and watch a DVD..." they suggest, and it sounds good to me, until, "...I just love Tom Hanks!" before puling out a boxed set.
