my head still hurts. i didn't think it was possible to get that drunk. from what i remember of the Eng v Ire match Ireland didn't bother playing rugby. the Ita v Sco match was as expected, although the referee really needs to be consistent.

Wales v France what can i say. good rugby, some bad kicking, and a captain who came back a fortnight too soon. hope Sams shoulder gets sorted, wouldn't like him to become a jony wilko.

Yes - it was enough power with technique to make people wonder if Kidney failure wasn't at the root of the problem. Mike Ross, the Irish prop, scored 2 in Paul Ackford's post match 'ratings'...

the scrum perormance by England was very good though, much better than they have been for a while.
