They were so good in the first half I thought they might have done it at one point. Ferocious attacking right to the end, but the Welsh defence was as good as it gets. Phase after phase of good attacking drives each met with an impenetrable wall of red shirts. I thought Denton, Jacobsen and Strokosh gave it their all up front. Cusiter had a reasonable game, but a few of his box kicks went a bit too long, and despite a superb chasing game from Scotland, gave the Welsh some soft possession. Can't argue against either of the cards though. It's tempting, but Lawson knew very well that he was the wrong side of that ruck. It may have saved a try there and then, but 13 men won't repel Wales with their tales in the air!
