I can't explain why Francis' hand was where it was but he isn't a dirty player so I struggle to believe it was intentional. Funny how many people seem to 'know' 100% that it was intentional.

Chris Ashton got 10 week ban for an offence of eye gouging, so the Welsh ban seems to be on par. The authorities take it very seriously.

Not sure I saw the elbow incident, something should've been done about the racial slur though. People have pointed at that footballers have been banned/fined for that kind of thing before so rugby can't talk about moral high ground if it lets it go.
