Size 10 spd shoes - Multi-tool - 700x23 inner tubes

Going on a tour of Scotland in a few weeks, I need the following items before going to the LBS, someone might have them for sale -

• 1 x 700x23 inner tube
• 1 x good quality multi tool
• 1 x size 10 (eu 44) spd shoes

First time I will have used spd clips, so an old battered pair from somebody would be perfect.
