Good lie in, bit of a damp start to the day but we're walking the hounds anyway as we'll have tree cover where we are going. Then will try to grab a ride once the sogginess subsides.

Damp day with drizzle.
Laze n snooze then coffee then TdF.
(Bloody annoying this rain. I sprayed lane and pavement with glyphosate last evening and now the rain is washing it all off! Bugg*r!)

You can make up a great route starting from Greenock or Troon then meandering up the islands and peninsulas through the likes of Mull, Jura, (not Islay unless he's a whiskey fan) and Ardnamurchan.
Any further north and it becomes a right pain to get back from.
The west coast cycle trail is a decent starter for 10.
