Do you like the skin on rice pudding or custard?

Actually it was a guess as to what this thread would be about. I guessed wrong. I guessed fish - or chicken for the carnivores here - as in 'can I eat the skin on this?'

Not sure about rice pudding as I haven't had it for donkeys years........but I like the skin on custard when it's hot......
I'm not a fan of cold custard really....although its not too bad in trifle.

I think that the burnt edge of a rice pudding skin is pure ambrosia!
