Skip lorry driver policed

They're building a new library/swimming pool in Biggin Hill, right opposite a pedestrian crossing. This morning a skip lorry was parked on the zig-zags, and got caught when a traffic car came past. He got made to pull up just before the bus stop after Church Road, and the traffic police were clearly going to give him at least a talking to, if not a ticket as well.
