I seem to remember being teased about this elsewhere on this forum... - It's not that my shorts are low.. just the fact that due to my "manly" hourglass figure - boxers seem to elasticate themselfs upwards.
It's why they have so many colours on them nowadays... - they're designed to be seen I suppose.
But on reflection - it does look a little ridiculous...

We're just jealous that we couldn't get away with that look even if we wanted to! But sometimes as a 40+ adult I do just want to tell a kid to pull up their shorts/trousers when its so low down that they are practically waddling
