Great what a sleep.i had a word with the Doctor yesterday,no no our Doctor on here.But i bet he is just as nice.
So would i go down the road of buying over the counter medicine.Yes no problems,if they don't work ,i will come back though.
So Nytol full strength was purchased by me at SuperDrug.
Just one before my head hit the pillow.In went the silicone ear plugs also.
Result one great fantastic sleep.Mind you some strange dreams,I never even heard the howling gale.Very happy this morning,best sleep in months.

Nytol doesn't work too well with me. I wake quite groggy. It's either strong painkillers, nytol, or nothing, then lie awake in pain !

Not good to be taking Nytol over a long period. However IF I've had a bad day or three one or two nights of Nytol works well for me.

You would do well to get addicted to Nytol (other than perhaps a mild physical dependence) in the same way people don't get addicted to Piriton at the end of the summer.. If it became an issue with long-term sleeping problems you could always go to the doctor for a proper long term med like an anti-psych.

I used to reckon that I could fall asleep within minutes of ejaculating and sleep like a baby for a full eight hours. I still sleep the full eight hours but there has been a shift in the preamble according to her.

Depends how long the preamble takes as to whether you save time compared to falling asleep au naturelle.

+1 for the Nytol and earplugs. I've also been taking Tramodol at nights recently to get over the pain of my hip, now that really zonks you out!

Tell us about those dreams Postie

Well last nights was a funny one.I had seen a post on Facebook of a bicycle shop on York Road Leeds where two lads had broken in and pinched a few bikes.
So last nights dream was like this.I woke up and looked out of the window to find the back wall of my garage had been knocked down,four bikes were laid on the lawn.I got outside to see the damage but only one bike had been stolen,my wifes Kona,the others were just laid out waiting to be picked up later.
The dream stopped.Now i think the stealing of the bikes was because i saw the video clip on Facebook,but the back wall missing was in an episode of MASH,when Henry Blake has his desk stolen.
I wonder what will happen tonight.
