slime innertubes

Ive recently installed my first slime innertube on my bike. As yet no punctures but just wanted to ask what to do when I replace my aging tyre. Will all the slime come out the innertube when I deflate it? Just asking as when I catch the valve when connecting pump a little slime spits out. Its the presta valve by the way!

Yup! It said that on the box! Still didnt stop a bit of slime flying out though. I took my bike into bike shop to find out why my connector wouldnt fit the valve and daft sod left wheel in 6oclock position and got slimy hands! Youd have thought that being a bike mechanic he would have spotted the bright green valve cap indicating it as a slime tube!:-D
