Small Canister Bar Bag

I already own a very good Restrap canister bar bag which is 1.5 litres. I love it. I'm after a smaller canister bag for my summer bike. The Restrap one is simply too big at 23cm wide and 1.5 litre capacity. My go to was Lead Out in Los Angeles, they had a great bag but have no closed down. Any suggestions would be gratefully received as after scouring the web for weeks I've found nothing. I'm hoping to find something 15/16cm wide and at whatever volume this means. The main purpose is carrying snacks, as I'm a relatively small person top tube bags don't work for me.............everytime I stand over the bike I ended up sitting on a top tube bag.

I'm very keen to get a canister style bag but other suggestions for a small bar bag would be good. I'm after quality, I did find a couple of very plasticy bags that I had to return.

A slightly left field suggestion, but what about a stem bag? I use two of these from Revelate Designs:

They're about 1L capacity each and hold a number of bars or other food. I also use them to hold a 750ml water bottle, which they can do really easily. Contrary to looks they don't affect my steering at all and are dead simple to open and close with one hand whilst cycling along.
