Small Fat bike

I have a 9zero7 fat bike I use for beach riding, my wife would like to accompany me at times, however even a small frame is possibly too large so possibly looking a youth bike.
Any recommendations? We live in New Zealand which is very limited fat bike wise so don't mind getting one shipped from overseas, even a good second hand one would be a consideration.

How small is small? My kids have Specialized Riprock 24 inch wheels 2.8 inch tyres . Not full fat but, for most things, it is fat enough

Thanks for the reply. 2.8 inch tyres have become very popular here in New Zealand however, for beach riding, 4 inch tyres make a huge difference in soft dry sand and riding over loose pebbles so its the 4 inch tyred bike I have been looking for.
