Small/Med first roadbike for a friend up to £150 Bedford/Cambs

As above asking for a friend on a low budget he's 170cm or 5ft7. Something rideable to get him started out.

What about the 48cm Wiggins Rouen. I ride on and am 5ft 7.the top tube is 52cm and seat tube is 48cm.

Oh, gutted! Thanks for getting back to me nonetheless and I’m glad to hear it’s gone.
Have you got any thing else similar to the Tri Cross? I’m 5’11 so generally I’m looking for size 54cm/medium however I am aware sizing can differ based on brand so I’m open to 56s as well.
