Of course the North Face bag is too expensive. That's the whole point. If it cost a fiver (what it's worth, roughly) nobody else would think it was worth having. As it is, it's tiny, not much use as a bag, and costs £40, so everyone thinks it's as CAF.
I looked at one in a shop window either yeaterday or the day before and thought "I'd like that" before Mr Common Sense said "Don't be daft, soft lad, you've got bags to cobble dogs at the house, and £40? Come on." so that was the end of it.
It does look good. Wants to, at the price, but it does.
