Or how about wet flannel in sink/take waterbottle into cubicle (if you must) and wash with soap. Rince flannel with water into bog, second rub over - done.

Don't you just hate the smell I found that when I competed and at the start line of a race some folk just stank the place out

No excuse for it, need to use a bit of soap and water or baby wipes...........sorted

'Smelly Helly's", still got a couple, strictly one use and into the machine! They do work well but merino just shades them these days (& doesn't stink!).

used them right up until 2006 and the Mrs uses them to this day, but now that I intend to get back on track...........................
