If you have a warehouse surely there must be a changing area that you  your colleague can stash his kit if not in the warehouse itself.

Heh

As long as I breathe, I attack.
No changing area and I wouldn't leave anything lying about in our warehouse if you wanted it back! lol

+1 if i do not lock my stuff up it either gets flushed or stolen because they can

Seriously is he wearing lycra? even with one set it would be dry by the time he had to wear it again even with 1 set so he has no excuse.
Get some air freshener and squirt it in his direction , it will soon sink in...

If you do not feel like confronting the ponger then raise it to your boss as that is the sort of thing they should be sorting out, if any other employee turned up and was stinking the place out then words would be said , cycling should not be an excuse to smell !

If he can't wash them every couple of days, and some people can't cause they only have 1 of each item, then ask him to put it all in a large shopping bag.

At least the smell will be limited to the bag and not the rest of the work space

Surely it's not too hard to buy a few more sets of kit? There's no need to spend a fortune, and after all I don't own just one pair of underpants or one shirt.

I would just shut up if I was you. You might be the insensitive berk that honks themselves and is just passing the buck to some one else or are you one of the "fur coats and dirty nickers" type that is always got some thing to moan about.

Try and make it a suggestion, rather than a complaint...

Say that in this weather, it would air much better outside

What about an alternative tack ... get him to drape it around his boss's desk or even his boss's boss's desk and then drop hints how it would be really nice if you had some facilities in which you could store your cycling gear when you start cycling in too...

On the scrimping programme on telly today, they said to put cat litter in your trainers to take away the stinkiness (obviously tip it out & throw it away before wearing them).

Buy some Bicarb of soda. They sell it in Wilkinson for next to nothing.

Spread it around his desk/in his shoes.
