SMGT name - Panzerfiets

Is this the correct spelling? My mate just got one as a commuter bike, and saw me calling it this so wants to put a sticker on the bike.

I usually use PanzerFiets, but that's probably less correct and more internet. Me no speaky German.

fiets is dutch I think. in German it would probably be Panzerfahrrad (TankBike) or possibly panzerrad?

Bike .....:........fahrrad

To go by armoured bike.......Panzerradfahren.

That is a quality word you have constructed BM.
