You can see the driver's head. What's your opinion?

The window was opened so while the car was turning, I asked: "Are you stupid?"
Then I sweared because my rigth little finger was nipped by a brake lever.
The girl said: "They are idiots, seriously" or similar, I didn't understand her.

A little bit of SMIDSY, a little bit of simply not thinking, IMHO.

I see it everyday. People walking into work passing a petrol station. Cars will queue up so close to get out they block the pavement so that pedestrians either have to walk into the road to get around them, walk around several cars (who are so close they can't pass between) or stand there waiting until there is a gap in the traffic allowing the lead car out, hoping that the second car will let them pass... which they often don't.

Does it ever do any good to report dangerous drivers? It's something I've meant to do but never been together enough to have pen and paper with me when I've been cut up. I just wondered if it was easier to do now that some people are wearing the head-cams and if so does it really serve any purpose?

It serves a massive purpose.
By making the videos public, it makes it easy for people to see what we have to deal with on a regular basis. Us just saying we get cut up all the time isn't going to do much, as it's just your word against theirs but have the proof that it happens and it gives us the upper hand.

Some of us are in a position where we can easily forward the footage to the police, where they can contact the driver and inform them of their mistakes and how they should be behaving on the roads. These are stored on record and re-offending drivers, well who knows what happens to them, hopefully i will find out shortly.

If you can teach one driver to behave more responsibly on the roads around vulnerable road users, they you have achieved something for all of us.

Oh yes it has a huge effect!!! Google up the two "D4N OK" videos, and compare the driving before and after. There are quite a few videos out there with drivers wailing and gnashing their teeth after they've been caught out and reported to their company/made public/etc.
