Heh-heh! I'd follow you anywhere, Waffles. Except perhaps into a swimming pool. Just idly surfing away while my hair dries - bit hot ans sticky after the spinning class. While I can't claim to have lost 5 stone, I have lost 5 Kg. I an therefore in 'smug' mode.

Why thank you!*preens* I'm going hard at it (oo-er) to lose as much weight as possible before I try the Big Provence Scary Thing in early May. Less food to lose weight, and spinning classes to tone me legs. It's tough, but I'll ease off after May, so it's not too bad. I can't realistically keep up this rate of loss anyway.
