Yes, and sleep apnoea can be a cause of drivers falling asleep at the wheel due to lack of good-quality sleep. Someone once pointed out to me that an awful lot of lorry drivers fulfil the criteria for sleep apnoea too ... scary thought :sad:
Most dont know they have it till something happens. Iv heard its a simple test to find out too?

I've snored my entire life, from being a child to an adult, from being thin to being large, and slowly getting thin again.
i am a chronic snorer.

In my case its genetic, my mum and dad snore, both sets of grandparents snore, hilariously both my kids snore and my wife says it sounds just like me only mildly quieter! btw my kids are both whippets, they could probably do with gaining a few pounds if anything! so i don't think its a weight thing.

i reckon i'm uncurable. thankfully my wife has got used to it lol!
