Looked at BBC weather forecast just before going to bed last night, clear night followed by a sunny Saturday.
Great thinks I, a few hours out on the trusty steed.

Phone rings, its my son 'dad im stuck in town 6 inches of snow and the taxis are off.'
Could'nt believe it when I looked out of the window. Anyway I found him trudging through the snow on his way home, tee shirt on bloody freezing!
Well thats what dads are for.
