Prefer free (doesn't everyone!) Looking for something like this

It appears it doesn't matter what the voltage is as long as it lies between 1.5 and 9 volt as the bulb I will be using as a replacement has a regulator which controls the voltage. A 1 amp bulb gives me 120 lumens a very decent brightness
