Yeah, I realise he's flawed and full of contradictions, but I wondered why a high achieving intellect like you feel the need to point it out so frequently?

As a former Vegetarian I can sympathise, my diet now only includes a relatively small amount of meat/fish.

BTW a tip if you want to remain vegetarian, don't walk home from the pub after a half dozen pints of 'Old Original' past the best kebab shop in Leicester, if someone opens the door you'll be drawn in like a moth to the flame and be outside with a large Kiofte in 15minutes dribbling with anticipation.

BTW @The Velvet Curtain This was during my 'posh' era when I lived in Stoneygate so the pub was The Cradock and the kebab shop was 'Pavlovs' on the corner of Queens Rd and Clarendon Park Rd.

Everyone is a vegetarian unless you eat tigers, snakes or foxes. You can even eat other vegetarians, it's all cool

"Intellect" maybe,but she hasn't sussed that when i say stuff like "strict vegetarian",then talk about eating tuna and wearing leather,i'm not serious about being a vegetarian.

Wasn't it Homer who said veges aren't food, veges are what food eats.

My sis was a 'basically vegetarian who eats fish'. She wouldn't eat meat because she disliked factory farming, but she figured fish mostly got a fair crack of the whip. Things eat other things, that's life. (And, let's face it, death.) What she objected to was industrial slaughter.
