I had a bike delivered by the old "Red Star"

Got home to find it propped against the door in the front garden

So I complained, and they insisted I had signed for it, so I asked for a copy...... which was not my signature.

They then claimed I was lying and trying to fiddle them for compensation

Eventually after providing conclusive proof that I was at work at the time.... they claimed that it was my wife who had signed.

After proving my wife was in my wife was in Fareham, and shopping at the time, they then claimed it was a neighbour.

Eventually after some correspondence with Head Office they admitted that it was not the first time this complaint had been made about this driver
