its a cold north easterly..that combined with the sea air here...bah...unless of course I ride south west...the west bit I can do but south doesnt work that well.

I've just come back from a ride over Ilkley Moor past the Cow and Calf. Bare knees and short sleeves was a poor choice!

Girl who works for me came in this morning limping.

She was hanging out a washing first thing this morning before coming into work and slipped on ice and twisted her ankle. IN F*CKING MAY!!!!!!!

Not bad enough for her though to ditch her 6 inch heels though!!!
