I'm considering selling the Claud Butler Dalesman I bought from my local Bike Doctor 18 months ago as an intro to road cycling. I've really loved this bike but the time has come to move on.

The frame is quite large (I am 6").

    Would £150 seem fair?

I hate to see it go but I have an incomming singlespeed to pay for

Looks very nice. I will be looking for something like this in a few months.

  3. Blimey Andrew, I've got a Dalesman I bought in 2008, and it looks nothing like that !! Mine's been an excellent bike too, and did LEJOG in 2008 and is my commuting bike now......... I think £150 is a very fair price. good luck.

Someone without a name asked (in a round about way) what the frame size is...

The distance between the centre of the crank to the top of the seat tube is 60cm, but I think the frame size is more likely described as 23". I'm 6"(ish) tall and there is plenty of adjustment to be had for shorter or taller riders.

You'd need a hell of a lot of adjustment as a six inch rider!

    SOLD!

Feel a bit sad, but it did go to a nice man who was wanting to get into cycling.
