Adult universal fit
54 - 61 cm.
They have a rotary adjustment on the strap that goes around the back of the head.

I have one of these and it cost a hell of a lot more than £18 and its a M fit 54-61cm and it is a super lid thats snug and very airy if you need a cool helmet.........well worth the asking price
