Hi, do you know what size bars it fits (ID?) and does the mirror 'adjust' in any way, ie to alter the angle?

I bought it for riding in France and not being used to turning my head to look over my left shoulder as an extra aid. Turns out I didn’t really need it. I originally bought two, one for my wife but she never installed it. That one has been sold.
