SOLD Sold Dave lloyd 653 frameset refinished by Mercian Cycles 54.5cm

I have a really nice handbuilt frameset for sale, the bike was built by Dave Lloyd for its previous owner who had it refinished by Mercian Cycles in a pearlescent green with silver lug lining a couple of years ago, the frame has a 54.5 seat tube and a 52.5cm top tube, it has a campagnolo headset fitted and a TA axis bb. The chrome on the frame is in really good condition and the paintwork is of a high standard with just a few small areas touched up. The rear dropouts are 130mm so will take a modern wheelset and the steerer has been left uncut( previous owner liked a really upright position) so whoever buys the frame will be able to find their perfect fit and then have it cut to suit. The previous owner also had their name applied to the frame on one side when it was refinished. I had started to build up the bike for my wife and although she loves the look of the bike she is uncomfortable with the height of the frame as she has no stand over clearance.
