Sold the car....

Hi Everyone,
I've been lirking for about a year, soaking up all the information and advice. I made the decision to sell the car and start commuting all the time as its only 5 miles each way there is no excuses.

I thought i would say hello to everyone and look forward to getting involved in some good bun fights!

I wanted to sell mine but the wife wouldn't let me, so I gave it to her. The car that is!

gl with it, although I only started cycling this year, sold the car myself several years back and tbh it was the best decision I've made in a decade.

When I sold mine I got about enough for a pair of tyres. Still one best things I ever did.

I sold my last car in 1994, couldn't face buying another one now, far to much hassle...

I couldn't sell my van as I work all over mendips, but if i work local i use the bike

Sold my car this time last year and have never looked back. I was commuting both by bike and car, but mostly bike. I worked it out that i would be spending £25 every week to keep the car on the road, this included, depreciation, insurance, repairs, mot....the list goes on.
