Are the Campag brake block holders alloy?

They are the original chromed metal holders stamped Brev Campagnolo - some minor marks on them through normal useage but no bubbling of the chrome.

Thanks for the info, that's a very good price .I'm looking for Campag bits for an 80's Holdsworth that I bought from Biggs. I'll have a think . Glwts .
