Used to TT in my younger days....that & some Road races as a bullying Domestic(in English) Gave up at about 36. Been using Bike to Pee about on Cycle trails etc , but now brought another Road Bike & I am 50 at end of year. Why ..not sure. Just missed them. Still pretty fit as Kite surf a lot here at Westward Ho . Been out to day.. 10miles 30 mins , bit lumpy & still sprinted up couple short Hills. AVg HR 104 max 140 Not too bad me thinks for age & having not cycled for while.
