Some outrageous driving here

My View
The driver break tested him once he shouted out. The driver was 100% in the wrong. Close pass and cutting him up as well. There was no chance he was going to break in time.
I hope his hand is ok. If not claim I would claim off this drivers insurance...
Along with this I wouldn't roadsafe, i'd report it through 101 or go to the local station. This was outrageous from the driver. This is a matter which should be sorted by the police as the driver caused an accident through their well below par driving.

The light sensitivty in the dark seems very poor on this camera so im guessing to make events more visable.
As for the second question im with bianchi1 a fight.

In London the best way is to fill out a form regarding collisions and take that and a DVD of the incident to any police station. This then goes straight to a traffic unit. It's the best method as it skips all the telephone and desk workers who often known very little about traffic incidences.

Lol there are none. I suspect the video ends to allow for it to be used in a court later on. Details exchanged etc...

Indeed. I just failed to use detail, im not sure how London works but anything traffic related results in a traffic officer or officers coming to see you unless you go to a station in Northumbria's jurisdiction or to my knowledge. 101 is the same as 999 expect non emergencies. A collision report would be the best bet in this case, as you say it skips some of the bureaucracy

Had a taxi do that to me a few weeks ago. In my case just pulled out of a side road as I passed, moved six inches ahead, then came to a near halt.
If you're round Rotherham look for a black Passat with devil's horns and pitchfork added to the rear VW badge, be careful, he's got a problem.

50/50 in my view. Didn't think it was particularly close in the first instance, and I don't think you should be particularly surprised either if you call a driver a "f*@king pr##k" that they take offence and stop.

I guess that the driver would be within his rights to object to being called a f*@king pr##k and pull over at a safe place and exchange swear words...It's the using the car to intimidate the cyclist, then moan like a bitch when the cyclist hits it that's the problem.

Having just looked at the chaps other videos it would appear he quite likes shouting and swearing at people for minor things and is quite happy to stop in the middle of the road to initiate arguments with people. By his own comments he got 'hard time in court last year' so had toned his videos down. Unfortunately based on this my sympathies towards them are falling...
