How on earth did they get the photo of cell division in a living plant though?

The Wellcome Trust have supported the exhibition of medical/biological images for a couple of decades. I recall seeing them in the windows of the Welcom Foundation building near Euston Station in the early nineties.

Anyone with a couple,of hours to spare in London ought to visit the Welcome museum and be wowed by the eclectic mix of medical and ethnographic artifacts.
