Sora FD clunky - is this normal?

One problem I used to get regularly with 8 speed Sora that created a very stiff, almost impossible shift was corrosion in the pivot bolt Dome headed Allen bolt facing the rear of the bike. Dirt, lack of lube used to almost sieze it up. Loosen the bolt (dont remove) apply a bit of lube, rotate the screw to free It up and re tighten it. I needed to do it after almost every winter.
Worth a look...maybe that's your problem.
