During my 45 mile ride today, I was in quite a bit of pain. Despite wearing padded gloves, my hands and wrists were very sore but only if I was riding on the hoods, fine anywhere else. My neck was also sore from having to look up all the time (riding position). I don't particularly want to experience this again, is there anything I can do to change it so that these things don't happen?
