Nasty spam going round, apparently - says it is from NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence - who do NOT do analyses of samples), and warns that your recent blood test shows you may have cancer.

Don't open it, just ignore it. Very nasty bit of winding up that will worry some.

Edit: a bit more detail on what opening it and clicking on things could do to your computer.

A couple of days ago I had a chest X-Ray because of problems I have been having since October. I have also had some blood tests. Obviously cancer is probably what they (and I) are hoping and expecting to eliminate although this hasn't been said by the doctors. However if I didn't know that NICE don't notify people of serious illnesses, or that such news would never be sent via email I may have just wondered. I can see where Spinney is coming from that such a wind up could cause distress to some people if it catches them at a vulnerable time.
