SPD Shoes or Boots, but............

My Lake road shoes and Northwave road boots are both sized EU48, so I'm looking for the same in SPD compatible shoes or boots to use with my old MTB.

I'm hoping to not spend as the MTB i snot my preferred choice of cycling transport, but when I do use it the falt pedals get right on my t!ts.

Let me know if you've anything that may suit
