SPD-SL Road Shoes

I've recently bought myself some SPD-SL pedals I'm now just waiting for some cheap shoes in my size.

If anyone finds any let me know, preferably don't want to spend more than £40.

I'm in no rush since my SPD pedals are OK at the minute.

I'll keep an eye out for a matching pair of boats just in case.

I found sizing up was a necessity with Shimano,but only in road shoes! But I to wear 11.5's

I was going to recommend the DHB shoes that @aces_up1504 linked to above as they've always received excellent reviews when I've seen them on test.

Hope the Decathlon ones suit you, but if not you know what to go for next

I just needed something quickly and cheap! My spd cleats broke free from my shoes yesterday and disappeared! So now is the ideal time to use my new spd-sl pedals.
I also have a huge credit card bill in so was trying to cut back, I have my new Eddie Merckx EMX-1 on it.
There was, before yesterday, no rush to buy, but today there is!! If they are rubbish I will buy a decent pair in a few weeks and keep them as a spare, though they shouldn't be too bad since they are reduced from £60

I've a pair of DHB R1s in a size 45 that you can have for £30 - used for half an hour - too small for me but probably about right for you if you're a 43 in size.
