I've got a Sirrus Comp which copes well with 100Kg+ over South London potholes.

Just sounds like you got a duff one. It happens. Just get it replaced.

Have got some good news. The wheel has been sent of to Specialized and they have agreed to replace it free of charge.

In the mean time i have now managed to brake a spoke on the down hill bike!!!! Not sure how i have done this but dropped that of at bromley bikes today and will be picking it up in an hour or so already fixed.

Dont seam to be having a lot of luck with wheels this month

it was cycle surgery in London that the specailized Sirrus went back too. The MTB went to Bromley bikes to get the spoke replaced.

Bromley bikes is a very good shop.
