Specialised Allez 2008 for £210?

Have been offered a 2008 specialised Allez for £210, would this be a better deal than a box fresh Carrara from halfords costing a tiny bit more?

Do you have the spec? What's the history of the bike, especially with regards maintenance. You could potentially need new parts which could easily set you back £100

Look at the decathlon range, some good bikes for good prices

Depends on the model and how well it's been looked after, any more details?

If it's the base model they were around £550 in 2007/8 so it sounds quite a lot, if it's a higher model or as been upgraded then it may be worth a look at.
