Thinking or buying a specialised Sirius .......are the extras on the higher spec models worth it
if anyone has one ,are you running oversized tyres ? And which

or is there a alternative bike you would recommend

Other brands tend to offer better vfm in terms of components than Specialized - eg a carbon fotk, better wheels, a better groupset, better brakes

I had two in the past, hated them, just dull to ride (one was C2W, one was reduced so cost for spec not such a consideration).
My Whyte R7s were much more fun (and different) :okay:

However, at the moment, you'll probably have a very limited choice, whatever your budget

If you look in the what bike sub forum, you'll find quite a lot of threads about rigid fork flat bars :okay:

Just had a quick look at the R7 ......yes they look nice , how is the sizing I hate this cm sizing much prefer
the old way 17 / 17.5 I found to be just right in a mountain bike , my Trek is a small I think another confusing one where the manufacturers d small medi large etc

Whyte offer a very clear size guide by height. I’m a smidge under 5’10 (but long legged). I found my medium a bit small, then I had a large that was better (the bars were very wide though and I didn’t keep it long enough to get them cut down)
