Specialized Allez Sport

Looking to upgrade my Carrera TDF to ride the JOGLE, looked at the Specialized Allez Sport, or maybe one of the Boardman range, budget could be in the £700 to £800 region. Anyone got any advice or possible alternatives?

Bit of a non techy, what do you mean by a more relaxed geometry?

Some bikes have a taller front end making them more comfortable because your not hunched over as much think Sectuer defy synapse etc range of bikes

Left field option but this was on today's email from Wiggle. I know there are some Verenti riders around. Full 10spd Tiagra and carbon fork for under £700. And you can get some cashback from Quidco probably

The Specialized comes with 9 spd Sora, so the level down from Tiagra

For your trip you'll want a bike that can take guards and a rack

If you want to save quite a few pennies, it's the right size and it's not sold, this might work too (the Defys have that more relaxed geometry)
