Hi Guys! I Got a 2000 Specialized expedition in almost excellent condition, works perfectly and probably most/all parts are original. Just wondering if anyone could help with the value of it. And maybe drop some advices. (don't bother to keep it, just uese or "don't even look at it and put in to save please" ) Thanks for any suggestions.

Looks nice, not worth a lot but would cost several hundred to replace.

Really not sure of price or value, but if you want to sell quickly on eBay at the moment I think that you would need to offer postage/delivery (and likely to stay that way for a while?).

Very nice condition btw 😊

If you search on eBay for this model and filter for sold you’ll get an idea of its value. If you can’t find the exact model then check out similar ones for a rough idea. As mentioned above you get a higher price if you’re prepared to ship the bike. You could also sell it on Facebook Marketplace once you get an idea of its value. The advantage there is you’ll be able to sell to someone locally who’ll pick it up and pay cash. Don’t forget - get the cash in a plastic bag and wash it - these new plastic notes are washable but I’m not sure if you can bleach them.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Never seen one before so could be quite rare. Looks like it was developed off the back of the mountain bike boom to offer a do it all type bike with trekking and expedition in mind. Probably never sold very well so probably had a limited production run. Aluminium frame with a steel fork.
Value would be very little to a non bike person but to an enthusiast will have a greater worth due its rarity and excellent condition but either way won’t be huge. It’s a small size so might further limit its appeal and price. It’s a shame as a new bike to similar spec might be around £300. Perfect for a first bike or a student run around.
If it’s your size I should get some use from it.

If everything works ok then £40-50. You may want to wait until this Covid situation is over for a sale.

All works perfectly to be honest... I'm really impressed about it and I LOVE the CI- DECK.!!If that will be size large I will sell my trek alpha 2.1 instead 😅 got someone who's coming today for £150 but seen retro specialized bikes are selling even for £300+ so get a bit confused. Really shame as my wife don't like cycling heh anyway thank you all Guys for advices and opinions, hope you all keep well!
