Am looking at buying a Specialized Sworks Tarmac 2014 frameset and will be running a Shimano groupset on it. The bottom bracket is a different size to shimano and the frame comes with a sleeve/adapter to convert to shimano. I presume lots of people have done this. Are there any pros and cons to this (noise,wear, better ways of doing it etc) or is it a nice easy conversion..Its a lot of money and would like to get it right first time..ta...
