Specialized Sirius Sport frame sizing

Hi I’ve seen a Specialised Sirius Sport for sale second hand and the frame size is 19. I’m 5 8”.

I know this is a little on the big size, but does anyone know if I’d get away with this size on a hybrid as it’s advertised at quite a good price and is virtually new.

Is it worth a shot?

The sirrus sport comes in sizes of S, M, L XL etc. The geometry and exact sizing for each size can be found on the specialized.com website.

19? If you find out what size it is, you (and we) can look at the measurments and decide if it's the correct (or good) fit.

I'm 5'-8" and my Sirrus (2006) is a medium which I believe is 54 cms which is 21"!

I'm just an inch taller at 5'9" and I've also got a Sirrus Sports 06 medium which is an effective 54cm or 21 inch. I cant recall though it might only be 19" to the centre of the top tube as its a compact frame (sloping top tube).

5'11 and I ride a Sport 06 large. 33cm inside leg and it just about fits.

I have a Specialised Sirius Elite 2009 and its 54cms. I am just under 5' 7" and it's a little bit too big. In hindsight it would have been good to try a Small one but they were offering the Medium one cheap!
