I always used to sing Simon and Garfunkel songs while cycling. Perhaps that's why my old touring companion moved to NZ.
I would suggest the repertoire of Meat Loaf, except these days I don't hit the highway like a battering ram.
It's more like an over-ripe peach.

Very random, what tunes pop into the otherwise vacant space that is my memory.

There's a jolly little jig that some apps use to alert me of events.
One of these events is when I use the app to unlock my bike. It's that sort of bike!

But then this creepy little tune is front an center. Takes a while to get rid of it.

Then I mean to change the settings and stop the notification when I stop. Also go mining to find the pesky little tune and delete it.
Somehow forget until the next time I switch the bike on.

It's a long way to Tipperary...it's a long way to go!!!
Bit xenophobic, if you listen to the rest of the words. That's why you rarely hear it in full now.

Anyway, I agree with @roubaixtuesday. Do decent rides with the setup you plan to use. I prefer a couple of days in a row. I discovered one saddle was a no-go that way. A friend discovered his rack mounts were faulty (not welded on properly) and not able to carry touring weight. Better to discover those near home with time to fix and not on day 2.
